What started as a self-taught hobby quickly grew into something more — refined through professional training at King Arthur Baking School. Today, we bake fresh sourdough each week for our subscribers, always striving to perfect the craft one loaf at a time. Every loaf carries years of history, a touch of patience, and a whole lot of love. Sourdough is meant to be shared — and we’re truly honored to share ours with you.
